The course is provided to agents in two forms: Part 1 to account for the three hours of required CE with the License Law provisions and the part 2 to accommodate property managers with a full range of review and updates in the management business and cover 6 hours of CE noting 3 of those hours as License law requirement completed. Each course is independent of the other. Agents may take either course to satisfy their license law requirements.
