Alabama Reciprocal Broker

Overview

6 hrs. Req course for out of state licensees to prepare and obtain their Alabama Real Estate Broker License. This course provides study of the procedures in Alabama for brokering an agency in the state of Alabama. It covers the Alabama license law as it relates to national laws and it covers the requirements for obtaining and maintaining a license in the state of Alabama. You must hold a brokers license in your out-of -state company in order to apply for a reciprocal in Alabama. After completing the 6 hour class and passing the exit exam you may then apply for the Alabama Reciprocal license and begin your work in the state. Prior to taking the class, all potential applicants must provide to the instructor a copy of the Determination of Eligibility form and their copy of broker’s license to register and take the course.
