This course is designed and curated to comply with the Georgia 75-hour pre-licensing requirement. Topics of study will include Property types, property ownerships, Agency, Rules and laws of firm ownership and management, BRRETA Laws of Real Estate, standards for brokers, agents and brokerages, r.e.contracts, financing property, purchasing, selling and the closing process. There will also be lessons to cover the Georgia Real Estate Laws as relates to salespersons, brokers and customers roles in the profession of real estate . Many topics, interactive activities and connections relevant to life experiences as an agent serving clients and customers in the profession.
