Georgia Pre-License Course (75 Hours)Real Estate Salespersons Class High intensity and deep discussion to enhance your reading of principles and basics of real estate. In order to sit for the Georgia state salesperson real estate examination one must complete 75 hours of instruction in a Pre-License course. Midterm and final examinations must meet the 75% minimum. Final qualifying score for the complete class to include activities, class assignments, class tests, take home tests and examinations must reach minimum of 75% for the class. Topics to be covered but not limited to include: Nature of real property, ownership, title issues and transfers, leases, contracts, finance solutions, Georgia License Law and a myriad of mathematical solutions. Tuition includes: textbook, workbook, handouts, bag, and calculator. All class participants will receive a valid certificate from the instructor and school upon successful completion of the course.Location: C21 Training Class 7830 Veterans Parkway Building C, Columbus, GeorgiaDates: Oct. 31, 2019 to Jan. 16, 2020. (Dates are extended due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays).Times: Tues. and Thur. 5:30 to 9:30 (Promptly for attendance recording) Students missing three full sessions will not receive credit for this course and must apply for the next coming classes here or at another school to continue their desire for a license. CODE OF ETHICS (#67623) 3hrs CEThis course curriculum is designed and distributed by the NAR (National Association Of Realtors). Topics include the Preamble of the Code of Ethics; History of the board and code; Due process and code enforcement; Professional Standards Enforcement. The course also includes resolution processes; Ethics and Arbitration; Exercises and cases of the Code Of Ethics Articles 1 - 17 and related Standards of Practice. Small classes give time for more instructor/student discussion and interaction relating to the various topics. Our courses use technology, reading supplements and hands-on activities. This is an intense learning experience which requires lots of attention. It will engage you in a major way and cover the following aspects of real estate that includes, real estate business, agency, real property, contracts, buying, selling, leasing real estate, overview of appraisal processes, overview of finance processes, the math of real estate, the Georgia law as it relates to real estate and much more. There are 2 (two) midterm exams. REQUIRE MINIMUM SCORES OF 75% FOR BOTH MIDTERM EXAMINATIONS. MATERIALS & CRAM COURSE (OPTIONAL)All materials: activity/practical workbook, 1 textbook, 1 basic calculator and 1 notebook/and or bag are included in your tuition. For those who wish to register for the additional two (2) day cram session, please register with this class site at the time of class registration to receive the discounted price. The cram course is an additional $50 dollars when added to your class registration. The cram course is optional and not required by the state to complete your 75 hours of instructions.
