GEORGIA PRE-LICENSE (Peachtree City) (75 HOURS  “REAL ESTATE”  SALESPERSON CLASS) Class On The Way This course is designed for you to study, learn and prepare for the Georgia State Salesperson’s examination. Small classes give time for more instructor/student discussion and interaction relating to the various topics.  Our courses use technology, reading supplements and hands-on activities. This is an intense learning experience which requires lots of attention.  It will engage you in a major way and cover the following aspects of real estate that includes, real estate business, agency, real property, contracts, buying, selling, leasing real estate, overview of appraisal processes, overview of finance processes, the math of real estate, the Georgia law as it relates to real estate and much more.  There are 18 in-class evening sessions to include a 2.5 hour midterm examination  and a full 3.0 hour final examination.  Both examinations REQUIRE MINIMUM SCORES OF 75%.  MATERIALS & CRAM COURSE OFFERED All materials: activity/practical workbook, 1 textbook, 1 basic calculator and 1 notebook/and or bag are included in your tuition. For those who wish to register for the additional two (2) day cram session, please register with this class site at the time of class registration to receive the discounted price.  The cram course is an additional $50 dollars when added to your class registration. The cram course is optional and not required by the state to complete your 75 hours of instructions. 
CODE OF ETHICS (67623) 3hrs CE  Refresher of the Realtors’ Code Of Ethics which we bound by as per NAR. This course covers topics regarding history of National Association Of Realtors, the beginning of formalized real estate business, the origin of the Code Of Ethics. There is also and overview of the 17 articles and many of the standards related to the articles. This is an interactive class dealing that will include group discussion of scenarios, case studies, resolutions and disciplines that are involved in the violation of the code. The process of mediation and arbitration are also addressed. Class Dates:  November 27, 2018 Times are 10am to 1:30pm.
GEORGIA POST-LICENSE COURSE (24/25 HOURS) Qualifies for the satisfaction of a new licensee’s post licensing credit with Georgia Real Estate Commission. Four (4) days with an additional 1.5 hours proctored exam. This course is also coded for continuing education for 24 credit hours for license renewal.
