To apply you must complete 75 hours of instruction in a course approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission prior to  sitting for the license examination.  This class is designed with the use of technology, required reading assignments, and several in- class and take-home tests for complete understanding of the subject matter. The subjects covered include general overview of real estate, ownership, encumbrances, agency, contracts, appraisal, finances, transfer and how it all relates in Georgia License Law, includes a mid- term and final examination.  MATERIALS INCLUDED: textbooks, reading assignment and testing assignment forms, student study manuals.                                                   OTHER PRE-LICENSE COURSE LOCATIONS: Monday and Wednesday evenings-- 6pm -10pm--July 25, 2018 through October 1, 2018.  State Cram Course will be October 5, 6, 2018 ( weekend);  There will be NO CLASSES during week of August 27-31, 2018 .  Location: 920 Dannon View Drive, Suite 3202, Atlanta, GA. Class times are Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm and Sundays 2:30pm-6:30pm. No class meeting on September 15, 16 or October 6 & 7.    Start date is  Sept 1, 2018  End date October 27. Each weekend will provide (10) ten hours of instruction. Optional Cram Class hours: Not Required By GREC. See Instructor. Post Licensing 24 hours: Reinforce your confidence with pre test activity of 20 questions. Topics: History, ownership, property estates, leases, contracts, finances solutions, and many more. All topics will be discussed completely by the instructor through presentations and student participation.  Each session is taught through technological use of power point presentations and group interactions. No exam required.  This DOES NOT satisfy your first year license term requirement.

Topics to be discussed include, Agency Law, Anti Trust Laws, Contract Law, Ethics, Fair Housing, Mortgage Fraud, Proper Pricing vs CMA, Property Management, Trust Fund Handling and Review of Georgia Law compliance BRRETA.  There is a final exam for this course and students must pass  with a score of 75% in order to earn the 25 hours of full credit. Make-up: Students not passing may opt to take an additional 2 hour review and retake the test. This is a one time option and must be completed within one week of taking the course. Location: 7830 Veterans Parkway, Columbus, Georgia Start date is October 22nd to 26th Final Exam Oct 26, 2018 Class Times M-Thur 9:30am to 4pm/Final Exam Fri Oct 26th; (10am to 12 Noon)
                           The Code Of Ethics Classes will be held in Peachtree Corner, Georgia at the Atlanta Training Campus. Class Times will be July 11th, 2018 (1pm to 4pm) LOCATION: Atlanta Training Campus This course is designed and distributed by the NAR (National Association Of Realtors). Topics will include the Preamble of The Code of Ethics; Due Process and Code Enforcement; Professional Standards Enforcement and Resolution Processes; Ethics and Arbitration; Exercises and Cases on the Code of Ethics Articles 1 thru 16 and related Standards of Practice.

Georgia License Law (3 Hours) GREC Atlanta Training Campus Smithpointe Dr. Peachtree Corners, Georgia June 22, 2018 (10am to 1pm) This course will satisfy the GREC requirement for license renewal. Three hours of continuing education covering topics of brokerage business, compliance of real estate license laws and commission functionality. Also refreshes the real estate practioner of the rules and regulations governing our profession. We will also discuss BRRETA, RESPA, fair housing and other topics. It is 37.5 hours designed with the use of technology, required reading assignments, and several in-class and take-home tests for complete understanding of the subject matter. The subjects covered include general overview of real estate, ownership, encumbrances, agency, contracts, appraisal, finances, transfer and how it all relates in Georgia Law, includes a mid-term and final examination.  MATERIALS INCLUDED: textbooks, reading assignment and testing assignment forms.
