Georgia Real Estate Pre-License Course For Salespersons # 67625  (75 Hrs Salesperson Class) $465.00 Dates: November 17, 2018 thru January 19, 2019 Course Descriptions: In order to become a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia an individual must apply for the Georgia license. To apply you must complete 75 hours of instruction in a course approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission prior to  sitting for the license examination.  This class is designed with the use of technology, required reading assignments, and several in-class and take-home tests for complete understanding of the subject matter. The subjects covered include general overview of real estate, ownership, encumbrances, agency, contracts, appraisal, finances, transfer and how it all relates in Georgia License Law, includes a mid-term and final examination.  MATERIALS INCLUDED: textbooks, reading assignment and testing assignment forms, student study manuals.  This course is designed for you to study, learn and prepare for the Georgia State Salesperson’s Examination. Classes are not large which permits time for more instructor/student discussion and interaction relating to the various topics. Our courses use technology, reading supplements and hands-on activities. This is an intense learning experience which requires lots of attention. It will engage you in a major way and cover the following aspects of real estate that includes, real estate business, agency, real property, contracts, buying, selling, leasing real estate, overview of appraisal processes, overview of finance processes, the math of real estate, the Georgia Law as it relates to real estate and much more.  A 2.5 hour midterm examination and a full 3.0 hour final examination. Both examinations require minimum scores of 75% Materials & Cram Course Offered:  All materials: activity/practical workbook, 1 textbook, 1 basic calculator and 1 notebook/and or bag are included in your tuition. For those who wish to register for the additional two (2) day carm session, please register with this class site at the time of class registration to receive the discounted price. The cram course is an additional $50 dollars with added to your class registration. The cram course is optional and not required by the state to complete your 75 hours of instructions.                                          Post Licensing 25 hours (CE) (#67897) With Exam   (Class On The Way) Reinforce your confidence with pre test activity of 20 questions. Topics: History, ownership, property estates, leases, contracts, finances solutions, and many more. All topics will be discussed completely by the instructor through presentations and student participation.  Each session is taught through technological use of power point presentations and group interactions. No exam required.  This DOES NOT satisfy your first year license term requirement. This course does not require an examination. ($100 dollars)

Make-Up Students not passing may opt to take an additional 2 hour review and then retake the test. This is not time option and must be completed within one week of taking the course.
The Code Of Ethics (#67623) 3 hr CE   This course is a refresher of the Realtors Code Of Ethics as per NAR. This course covers topics on history of National Association of Realtors, the beginning of formalized real estate business, the origin of the Code Of Ethics. It then has an overview of the 17 articles and many of the standards related to the articles. This is an interactive class dealing in group discussions of scenarios, case studies, resolutions and disciplines involved in the violation of the code. This is an intense learning experience which requires each individuals full attention. It will engage you in a major way and cover the following aspects of real estate that includes, real estate business, agency, real property, contracts, buying, selling, leasing real estate, overview of appraisal processes, overview of finance processes, the math of real estate, the Georgia Law as it relates to real estate and much more. There are 18 in-class evening sessions to include 2.5 hour midterm examination and a full 3.0 hour final examination. There are 16 total days of instructions twice weekly. Both examinations Require A Minimum Scores Of 75%. MATERIALS & CRAM COURSE OFFERED All materials: activity/practical workbook, 1 textbook, 1 basic calculator and 1 notebook and/or bag are included in your tuition.
